Cancellation Policy

At Ovra London, we value customer satisfaction highly, which is why we have developed a clear and fair cancellation policy. The applicable terms are described below.

1. Free cancellation period
The customer can cancel their order free of charge within 1 hour of order confirmation.

To do this, please contact our customer service team, provide your order number and request cancellation.

2. Orders that have already been shipped
Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it before delivery.

If the customer no longer wants the products once they have been shipped, they can wait to receive them and then return them according to our return policy.

3. Return of shipped orders
Shipped products can be returned in accordance with our return policy, which allows the customer to request a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.

To proceed with the return, the customer must follow the steps indicated in the aforementioned policy (including the condition of the product, packaging, etc.).

4. How to request a cancellation
To cancel an order, you must:

Contact our customer service department by email (support@Ovrafashion.com) or via the website contact form.

Indicate your order number and the reason for the cancellation.

If applicable, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid and the remaining amount will be refunded using the same payment method originally used.

5. Applicable legislation and consumer rights.

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase (right of withdrawal) within 30 calendar days from receipt of the product, with the exception of legal exceptions (e.g. personal products or products that deteriorate quickly), as provided for in articles 102 et seq. in Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

This right of withdrawal is independent of the right to cancel the order before shipment.
