Returns Policy

At Ovra London we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a clear and fair return policy.

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) to:

You may use the withdrawal form available on our website, but this is not mandatory.

2. Condition of the product
The product must be in its original condition, unused and with all accessories, labels and original packaging.

If the product has been used or is not in a condition suitable for resale, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

3. Return procedure
Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel your purchase, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the order placed.

4. Refund
After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will refund the total purchase amount within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase, unless another method has been agreed.

5. Excluded products
Returns are not accepted for personalized products or products that, for hygienic reasons, are not suitable for return once opened.

Returns are also not accepted for products that are inherently non-returnable, such as sealed products that have been broken after delivery.
