Shipping policy
We want you to receive your purchase as quickly as possible - this is how we handle shipping so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Order Processing
Once you have made your purchase, we need 1-3 business days to process your order: confirm payment, prepare it and pack it carefully.
If there is a problem (for example, if the product is not available), we will contact you as soon as possible.
2. Delivery Time
After processing, the shipment usually takes between 7 and 14 business days to arrive at your address.
Depending on the carrier, the delivery time may be slightly longer. If this is the case, we will indicate this in the order confirmation.
3. Shipping Costs
At Ovra London, shipping is free on all orders! There is no minimum order amount.
4. Possible delays
During periods of high demand (sales, Black Friday, holiday promotions), delays may occur.
If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please send us a message, as in these cases it can take up to 3 additional business days.
5. Damaged orders
If the package arrives damaged, please take pictures as soon as possible (of the packaging, of the product) to document it.
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and pictures - we will resolve the issue as soon as possible (exchange or refund, depending on your preference).
6. How to track your order
When we ship your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
If you wish, you can also write to us to check the status if you see that it is taking longer than expected.
